SingleCellRNASignature Documentation

This is the documentation of the SingleCellRNASignature package. The package contains a collection of publicly available single cell datasets from patient's tumor microenvironments. These datasets are intended to be processed into a signature for deconvolution of bulk RNA sequencing data.
